| Details: The Center for Wound Healing, Inc. develops and manages comprehensive wound care centers. These centers render the specialized service of hyperbaric medicine and wound care and are developed in partnerships with acute care hospitals.CFWH seeks a Program Manager for our center located witin the Blue Mountain Professional Center in Harrisburg, PA. Applicant must have a valid Registered Nurse, Pennsylvania license. As an integral player on the multi-disciplinary clinical team, you will be responsible for the care of patients while undergoing hyperbaric oxygen therapy and wound are.  Responsibilities include the management of the day-to-day operations, staff and patient care. This is a great opportunity for a health care professional who is ready to take on a challenging management role.  Detailed Responsibilities: Preparation of monthly reports with dispersion to appropriate recipients.     Perform wound care treatments as directed by Medical Director or supervising physician   Participate in center quality improvement plan and assists in collecting and processing data for use in Quality Assurance.   Provides patient education Assessment of learning needs, abilities and readiness to learn Documentation of teaching activities Provision of instruction as appropriate. E.g. equipment and activities after treatment, provision of appropriate educational materials as available prior to treatment Collaborate with other clinical disciplines in developing plan of care. Assist the hospital and Regional Director with the preparation, implementation and execution of a marketing/community education plan directed to physicians, healthcare agencies, healthcare facilities and community organizations. All patient treatment notes to be entered into the CFWH’s EMR system. Manage all CFWH staff including scheduling, payroll and disciplinary action. Performs duties as directed by Regional Director within scope of practice and other unit related duties as assigned. HIPAA compliance with all of the privacy and confidentiality policies and procedures outlined in the privacy security and confidentiality agreement. | ||||
